Seven Tips to Help Create Abundance In Your Life

When you find yourself feeling in a low mood, or in a funk, or simply feeling negative, there are a few simple ways that I have discovered that help use the Law of Attraction to quickly bring you out of it… These strategies basically help shift your negative energy back into a positive flow.  This actually serves two purposes:  first, it obviously helps you feel happier immediately, and second, it helps you continue on your path to attaining abundance.   

Think about this in terms of the Law of Attraction, which states that whatever is broadcast out into the Universe is joined by (or attracted to) energies that are of an equal frequency, resonance or vibration.   

There are many ways to express the “Law of Attraction”:  

1. Where your attention goes, your energy flows
2. That which you think about expands
3. Like attracts like
4. That which is like unto itself is drawn   

 Basically, it delivers both what is wanted and what is unwanted depending on the signal we send out to the Universe. If you are feeling negative emotions, you have a low energy vibration, and you draw in and experience more negative emotions.  If you are feeling positive emotions, you have a high energy vibration, and you draw in and experience positive life experiences.    

 One of the ways to lower your vibration is to think in a “lack” mentality.  Understanding and recognizing when you are in that lack mentality mode is crucial to being able to make sure you stop it as soon as it happens, and then get yourself back on track to the abundance vibration.   

 So, here are the some energy-raisers that you can implement throughout the day to ensure the Law of Attraction is working with you and not against you:   

 1.      Focus on what is RIGHT.   

 Sometimes that may be easier said than done, but if you can start to notice the times when you are focusing on negative things and cause yourself to instead focus on something that is right, you will slowly start finding it easier and easier to focus on the right things around you, and you will be amazed at how many times you actually focus on the negative!   

 2.      Focus on the ABUNDANCE.   

 Don’t focus on what is lacking… Similar to focusing on what is right, when you focus on the abundance in your life, you help shift yourself into the abundance mentality and a higher vibration.   

3.      Express GRATITUDE for what is right and abundant in your life.   

Make yourself do this…  Gratitude is one of the most powerful emotions that automatically lifts your energy.    

 4.      “I Am Enough Today/Now/This Very Second”.   

Wow, we are all so incredibly hard on ourselves… thinking about all the things that we are NOT and that we wish we were…  If you just stop yourself and think, in this moment, right now, I am enough, it will transform you immediately.  That’s the power of being in the NOW…   

5.   NO Envy or Jealousy.   

 You are operating in a lack mentality when you notice what others have and you allow yourself to become jealous or envious.  These feelings lower your vibration.  Focus instead on thinking “I would like to create that for myself.”    

6.      No One Is Better/Worse Than Me.   

 Here’s one that seems to crop up in conversations I have with others all-day-long… someone is constantly criticizing, putting down, comparing themselves to someone else.  Unfortunately, having judgments of other people (no matter what kind of judgment!) lowers your vibration.  Instead, focus on realizing that we are all created equal, that we are all here for the same reason, and that we all are trying to attain the same goal:  true happiness.    

7.      Connect To Spirit.   

Whatever you want to call it– Spirit, God, Universal Source, Higher Power, Creative Intelligence, the Unified Field or Nature– we are talking about the same thing.  Connecting to Spirit is the experience of feeling connected to an energy bigger than yourself.  The more deeply you experience the connection, the more joyful and meaningful your life feels.   

If you focus on one or two of these simple energy uplifters throughout your day, not only will  you find yourself happier, but it will also allow the Law Of Attraction to work for you in bringing you the true abundance you desire in your business.
